A short wander to Brodick along the Fisherman's Walk
Distance: 5km; Ascent: none; Dry; Solo
It was a pleasant dry evening so I decided to head out for an hour's walk from our cottage into Brodick and back, and here are a few photos from my walk. I left the cottage just before 7:30pm and headed down the road to Cladach, where I picked up the Fisherman's Walk along the top of the beach. After a few hundred metres I joined a path along the edge of the golf course all the way to the centre of Brodick. To make a pleasant circular walk I returned to our cottage by way of a different public footpath across the golf course.
